Steel Grate Stair Treads Introduction

Stepping plate is a deep processing product which is made of steel grid plate plus anti-slip strip and side plate.
It is mainly used for stepping on the steel ladder, so it is usually called the stair stepping plate.

Step board specifications: from the perspective of economy and safety, we recommend that you use the following specifications: T325/30/100 step board: suitable for the step board width is greater than 500mm not greater than 900mmT255/30/100 step board: suitable for the step board width is greater than 800mm not more than 1500mm.
The width of the step board is usually between 0.5 m and 1 m.
Types of treadboards:
(1), according to the stepping plate installation is divided into welded fixed stepping plate and bolted fixed stepping plate.
The welded fixed stepping plate is the general steel grid plate. The bolted fixed stepping plate needs to be added to the steel grid plate with 65X5mm flat steel as the side plate.
(2), according to the anti-skid requirements of the stepping board can be divided into two kinds of stepping board with front guard plate (pattern plate or bar steel) and without front guard plate.
For safety reasons, customers are advised to use a step board with front guard.
Based on the safety consideration, it is recommended to adopt the T4 type stepboard with side plates on both sides and front guard plates.

Stair step size is according to the opening of the stair, depth, storey height, determine the height and width of each stair step, ladder length and width, and platform width set.
